Browser extension

The favicon.run browser extension reads only the hostname of your currently active browser tab and sends it to favicon.run (https://favicon.run) to display that site's favicon and related tools. The extension does not access page content, browsing history, passwords, or any other tab data, and does not itself set cookies or run analytics. Requests to favicon.run are subject to this privacy policy and favicon.run's standard server logging.

Do Not Track

Please note that we do not alter our Site's data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Data Retention

When you use our favicon fetching service, we store the URLs you enter only for the duration of your session to provide the service. We do not permanently store the URLs or any data extracted from them.
